AHCMC recognized our very special partners for their work in the affordable housing arena. Each year, AHCMC recognizes architectural firms for their ability to design affordable housing developments that are inclusive, efficient, beautiful, and sustainable. Each submission for the 2024 Affordable Housing Summit on Friday, May 10, 2024, will be displayed and the best submissions will be recognized and receive a cash prize. Entries must be submitted by April 5, 2024.
BREAKING THE BARRIER HOME OWNERSHIP closing cost assistance grant is OPEN!
Since 2001, the Affordable Housing Conference of Montgomery County (AHCMC) and its sponsors have provided more than $400,000 to more than 40 moderate income individuals/families through its “Break the Barrier Home Ownership” closing cost assistance program.
Are you a resident of Montgomery County, Maryland and are you a first-time home buyer?
If so, you may be eligible for up to $10,000 to use toward down payment or closing cost assistance on the purchase of a home in Montgomery County. Entries must be submitted by March 1, 2024.
